Consultation and Insights

Salford reds

What we do

We support Local Authorities, Social Businesses and others to inclusively consult with audiences and gather valuable insights that can inform thinking and campaigns.

Who we are working with

Small and medium sized CICs, charities and social enterprises plus a range of foundations. We also support private companies to develop and growth their ESG or Corporate Social Responsibility. We are also professional stakeholder specialists – working with the likes of Power to Change, Blackburn with Darwen council, West Midlands Police, Salford Red Devils and many others to gather actionable insights across relevant leading roles

Measuring with Intent

Over several years, we have tested and implemented various methodologies for gathering and analysing insights that can inform commissioning decisions and campaigns. At the heart of our approach is engaging people from all ages and backgrounds to work in partnership with them.

We understand the fatigue that often comes with simply extracting information with little or no feedback on how that insight will be used.

That’s why we do things differently. When we work with local communities, we provide a value exchange that repays value local insight from their side with meaningful action and delivery on ours. We try where possible to create feedback loops that communicate what is changing, which in turns fuels motivation for continued improvement.

Embracing AI

What really sets us apart is how we integrate modern technology with traditional consultation methods. We have developed proprietary applications and tools that enable seamless measurement and data collection, including artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyse consultation data.

This allows us to cost effectively identify patterns and insights that might otherwise remain hidden. Using our experience supported by AI, we can unveil the hidden campaign angles that are most likely to breakthrough.

In summary our key consultation strengths are:

  • Speed - ability to engage quickly with professionals and the public
  • Versatility – range of ways we can engage to suit all demographics and budgets
  • Diversity – ability to engage diverse groups and communities where they are
